Excellent rings but a bit fiddly to set up!
Excellent rings. Adjustable, markers help to figure out what length the nylon ribbons are. They feel very well built and the buckle is solid metal. It has a bit of weight to it, which is reassuring! The buckle works in a camming motion. So the more you load it, the more tie buckle locks down on its' pivot. A rock climber who uses a camming device/friend outdoors will know what I mean! One majorly annoying thing which probably affects all the gymnastics rings is that it is very annoying to thread through the ribbon and it's very fiddly to adjust. Trying to press the clip and thread through the ribbon is a nightmare. Trying to adjust the length of the ribbon is less of a pain, but still a pain in the backside! If anyone has any tips on how best to feed these damn things quickly and efficiently please can you make a youtube video and link it to me! :)See attached photo. I've set it up on my pull up bar.

Really comfortable / easy to use and outstanding customer service!
Item arrived promptly, used the rings immediately. Within a day both of the clips for the buckles snapped. I was gutted, but all of this was turned around in the most professional, prompt and exceptional manner possible. I sent a photo to show the problem and I was told without question I owuld be provided a replacement. Almost fell off my chair - no claiming it was my fault, emails not answered etc. I cannot fault Fit Bods - not one bit, if I could rate them higher than excellent I would. My replacement arrived within two days, and to top it off they included a complimentary speed rope! What can I say - there was a problem - they fixed it - they are great. I will definitely look to Fit Bods in future for my fitness equipment - outstanding! In terms of the product, the rings are comfortable, and the straps long enough. With some exercises like holding position, ring dips and press-up, I use a 20kg weighted vest, and I weight 80kg, so they are definitely strong enough for the job.I find I dont need to use chalk with these, the rings do not rub your hands like my previous plastic ones. They are super easy to set-up.Love them, would not swap them for the world!

Good Quality Rings for a No Nonsense Workout
These only took a day to arrive and I couldn't be happier with them.I've just recently got back into my fitness regime and it's been a while since I've used gymnastic rings. I can tell you now, you'll know that you've had a workout after using these! I've had them a few days now and you can see and feel the quality in them straight away. I was tempted to get a pair of the cheaper plastic rings but I'm so glad I choose these wooden rings instead. I remember using some plastic ones in a gym a few times and my main gripe with them was that they kept on slipping in my hands. With these wooden Fit Bod rings there is a reassuring grip and feeling whilst holding onto them whilst in suspension. I always use some chalk whilst using them for a bit more extra grip.I like the numbers on the straps, not something I've seen before. It helps you line them up so that you know you've got them at the same level. The downladable exercise manual that comes with them has good clear images detailing a number of exercises to perform and is a good place to start off with. I'm steadily building myself up to that iron cross!Get a pair of these for a serious workout...you won't be disappointed!

A quality product
I spent a while looking through other cheaper options on Amazon for gymnastic rings, but the reviews didn't exactly fill me with confidence. I'm really happy with these. The rings are well made and nicely finished, the wood offering a good grip, and being generally more pleasing than synthetic alternatives! The straps are high quality - no slipping (as long as you fit them the right way around) - and numbered, which has to be considered essential if you want to adjust them quickly and accurately. Helpful online exercise manual also included for a more challenging workout.

Really happy with these Fit Bod supplied rings (and great service from Fit Bod!).I'm new to ring exercising, and these appear very well made. Having the numbering on the straps is a great help to get the correct lengths on both rings, and makes it very quick and simple to adjust their heights for different exercises. Seems like a simple but very effective USP when choosing which seller to buy from, and, like I said, Fit Bod have supplied great service with a couple of product queries that I had (before and after purchase).

Quality Gymnastic Rings
The wooden gymnastic rings have a good solid, smooth, feel to them which I prefer to the plastic rings I have used previously.Managed to set them up straight away using the wooden beams in my garage, this was simplicity itself thanks to the instructions and the numbered straps.Only used for basic ring exercises at the moment, before I try progressing to the more advanced techniques highlighted within the manual. So far so good, a quality set to meet my needs.

NOT WORTH THE EXTRA COST
These held up for a few months before buckle sheared, would not recommend. Go for another brand. I used maybe 2-3 times a week for dips, rows, skin the cats so not heavilly used and would have expected to last MUCH longer

Good rings
Pretty solid gymnastic rings. The straps allow for really quick setup. The rings are very smooth and slippy to begin with but after some use have become easier to handle. Bit thinner than some other rings which i'm not sure is a good thing, yet to figure it out.If you use these outside and they get wet in heavy rain, make sure you dry them off when you get home. I left them in a bag overnight and they got mouldy!
