This organic xylitol is a fantastic low-calorie, low-glycemic sweetener that works perfectly in my keto baking and coffee. It tastes very close to sugar without the spike in blood sugar, and I love that it’s pure with no added ingredients. The 1-pound bag lasts a while, and it’s great that it’s certified organic and packaged in a peanut-free facility. Just a heads-up... like all xylitol, it can cause digestive upset if you overdo it, and it's extremely toxic to pets, so be sure to store it safely out of reach!

I eas afraid that I would have stomach issues, but I didn’t but you can if you eat too much at one time I like the flavor no aftertaste

I only found out about Xylitol recently. I tried this product about a month ago, and was amazed at how closely it looks and tastes like sugar. I have been using organic stevia in my coffee the past 10+ years, which I also like, but this tastes much more like sugar, though like stevia, it is a lot healthier for you. No blood sugar spike, and I think it noticeably tastes better than stevia. I only use 1 teaspoon per cup of coffee, and it tastes great!!!

In an attempt to limit the high sugar amounts used in common cooking, we opted to try this alternative. The uses are endless, as we use it in coffee, lemonade, cookies, breads, meals, and other cooking opportunities. When using this, it serves as a 1:1 replacement for sugar, which makes measuring and replacement a breeze. The taste is great and does not deviate from the standard sugar. The only downfall, based on my experience, is the cost vs quantity. The price is not cheap but the product is worth it.

This granulated xylitol has a clean ‘sugar’ taste and is great for dental health. I use just a 1/4 teaspoon in my mouth after eating or having sweets and spit it out to help with my teeth. I can tell that there is less film of plaque on my teeth as they feel smoother. The bulk packaging makes it economical and it lasts for months. The only issue may be if you take too much as it can cause digestive issues which is why I spit it out and do not use the xylitol tablets that slowly dissolve in your mouth.
