Poor quality and incorrectly designed - Not Fit For Purpose
Cheap, nasty quality with sharp edges. Also incorrectly designed as the Startech slot cover has an additional arch where standard compliant slot covers do not (see attached image), with the result that the Startech slot cover doesn't fit in many systems. Why they couldn't even copy a simple design such as a low profile slot bracket is beyond me, in any case these are not fit for purpose and will go back.

Blanking plates. What could go wrong?
This was an abject lesson in reading descriptions... I needed two of these and ended up with 10 because of my own stupidity! Anyway, they mostly do the job, but they don’t fit so well in the Gen7 versions of the HP Microserver, which is what they were for.

I needed only one of these, but I had to buy five - at least I'll have spares. They are solid and fit perfectly into a low profile pc case expansion slot.

I needed this item for my mums low profile computer and it fitted in ok without any problems and the price was good so you cant go wrong with this item

Good for small units
These are great for smaller units where you don't need a full length cover. Be sure to check your size before you order them though.
