I bought this to try and stop wasting plastic and help the environment. I've only just started using this cup but unfortunately putting any hot drinks in this cup just makes it far too hot to handle - even with the additional silicone sleeve. Trying to use this as a travel mug is just impossible at it burns your hands! What a shame as otherwise it is a pretty design!I'd only recommend that you buy this if you intend to use it for cold drinks and not when on the move!

Good cup. Does not stain. Washed twice in dishwasher and smell went away. Turned heat band inside out so the ridges were on the inside and that solved the problem of being hot to hold. Very please would buy again

I like the design and the material, but I find the lid doesn't stay on super well, I've had a few annoying accidents so I tend to put cling over the top and then put the lid on the top of the cling film. It's been a good receptacle for my tea and was a good price but wouldn't buy again

This was a nice pattern, and i had high hopes for it, however, whilst it looks nice, it was disappointing. For starters, it was smaller than i'd hoped (my fault for not realising), the outside of the cup gets very hot (and this is from someone who as asbestos hands!) despite the cuff that goes round the cup to protect your hand, and whilst the cup remains hot, my tea went cold!!And the final thing was the taste. The tea tasted disgusting in it.On the plus side, the lid fit well, it looked nice and it washed well.

I just love this cup, with it’s Orla Kiely style print.This is my second one, the first lasting about a year until I dropped it and it cracked. They aren’t totally indestructible but so practical for hot or ice drinks, lightweight easy to clean, and pretty as well. And the soft rubber top doesn’t leak around the edge. First class

Not that taken with this cup. It's cute and has a solid feel, it also does seem to keep drinks warm for a wee while. The lid pops off fairly easily though so not great on the move. Main issue however is that the inner seal/film seems to be coming off after a few weeks use, it has an odd fishy/plasticky smell now when I put hot drink in it (it's only been used for tea) so I don't think I'll use it anymore.

Firstly, the lid is pretty useless. It doesn’t fit right & doesn’t retain heat. Secondly, the rubber heat protector around the cup gets as hot as the cup - I have had to use a cardboard holder over it to get from the canteen to my desk without burning my hand.Once at my desk, I have to drink it quickly as it doesn’t stay hot for long.Other than that, it looks pretty & washes ok!
