Wanted a carbon filter for my grow room. I saw this and thought ok I'll try it. It worked well but my air conditioner was not strong enough to make it work right. But it kept the smell down. I wish I had a stronger ac.

Thought I'd give this brand a shot with lower price than others and was not disappointed. Works like it should, not much more to ask for

Pros: Works and smells great! Using this for my cannabis grow tent, and while prepping my basement I used this during cleaning. Basement smells great! I'll need a new slip from all the dog hair, but it works so well. It's hanging up and cleaning the air just fine. There are no straps for this, just the filter and white slip.Cons: I hope this is just something I didn't know about, but when I opened this up and took it out of the packaging there was fine carbon particles that sprinkled all over my workspace. Nothing a quick cleanup couldn't take care of, but I didn't expect that to happen.

The size was smaller than I realized when I had ordered the can filter. It still helped reduce the smell some. I probably needed a larger one but this will work to help control the odor in and around the house.

I grow pot, and with this nobody knows!

Doesn't fit Vivosun 6" inline duct-fan.I had to hack the filter ends to fit the fan and use a metal strap to keep it in place.
