I bought these because recently I’ve become a bit forgetful. Passwords for just about everything I want to do online or watch on my tv. Appointments and something else ... I forget. No. I just found my confidence being a bit knocked and had I not writtten it in my diary. And remembered it. Anyway, my mother has dementia so I am terrified and highly mindful of any signs. So, I got these and it’s too early to say but after a few week’s I really have noticed I’m sharper. And if I forget something I just make myself focus harder and it comes back. I feel better. I can assume - hopefully this will possibly improve more. They’re good.

Good value for money

I personally find that I notice the effects of vitabiotics Ginkgo and Ginseng more. Slightly more expensive though.
