Mr color thinners works with lacquer type paints For thinning acrylic paints for airbrushing, a thinner specifically for acrylic is needed it needs to be water based you can make your own with 3/4 parts distilled water 1/4 flow improver Cleaning an airbrush fill a bottle 1/3 100% rubbing alcohol, 1/3 glass cleaner, 1/3 distilled water
