This Book is a great resource for anyone interested in adding some green to his or her diet. The book is divided into two distinct parts. The first section is designed to provide some basic knowledge for the newcomers to green smoothies. It provides helpful tips on making green smoothies and a list of the top 10 benefits.The second part of the book is dedicated to recipes. The recipes are logically separated into several sections. Each recipe comes complete with a brief explanation on the health benefits that will be derived as well as possible variations for each smoothie. Also, each one has a fun and creative name that highlight it’s “specialness”.Overall, this book is a great primer for anyone who is interested in delving into the world of creating green smoothies.

What a great book about Smoothies!
This is really a great book. I have never tried smoothies but always had an interest and this book starts with the basics, tells you how to get started, and provides great smoothie recipes. There are smoothies for breakfast, weight loss, detoxing, digestive health, smoothies for your skin and hair, energy and even low fat smoothies. It covers every spectrum of enjoying smoothies. Being vegan, this book was so helpful to me in giving me a variety of smoothies to try. I like the fact that you can have veggies and fruit all at the same time as a meal replacement. I recommend this book to newbies as well as people who make smoothies all the time.

Smoothies Paradise
This is a great book - am new to the Smoothie world - I find the recipes very exciting - also tells you how to blend them all as well - the measures are in USA cups so had to try and find out what the UK version was - am delighted with this book - am hoping to convert to smoothies every day
