FISHY SAUCE
Fermented anchovies. Adds Umami to just about anything. Much like Viet Nam Pla sauce. Don't overdo it, a little goes a long way. You do not want to get it on you and smell like ripe fish all day. I use it in stir fries and ramen. also in beef stew, baked beans and rice, tried it in a curry. That did not turn out well... Experiment tho, you never know what will happen. What could POSSIBLY go wrong? :D

Goes well with veggies
I used to just salt the stir fry my frozen veg but now I add this sauce it tastes delicious.
