How does this keep lines straight? And whats your tips for this brush?

You still need a steady hand to get your lines straight. I wouldn't get another of these brushes; I didn't think it was that great. A wider bristle (1.5 inches) on an angled brush I find better than this one for doing neat lines alone ceilings etc. It's personal choice.

Brush fell apart after using it in two rooms is this normal?

i have a large window made up from 15 small windows, i am not looking forward to paining them, is this the tool i need ?

Depends how big all the little windows are. I found it really useful with edges of walls skirting etc. Useful brush without a doubt. Every home should have one

Would this help with ceiling trim as well?

You may find it easier to apply paint to ceiling trim with this brush.
