This harness reminds me of when I am hunching my shoulders when I am at the keyboard. It encourages me to rotate my shoulders back rather than sticking my chest out. It took a little time to work out how to fit but the pictures on the Amazon site help. Hopefully it will improve my posture but is very expensive for the amount of material in it.

Do not waste your money. Its awful. So uncomfortable.. Can't be worn distretly under clothes. No give in it at all.
