Easy to use and grip for most hands, Adjustable resistance up from 10 - 40kg If you are a man or have done any gym work, you may find your grip at 50kg and above but for relieving stress and building up grip strength for loss of grip strength as you age or as rehabilitation equipment for grip after an injury, these are great. There are no instructions in the box but rather by a friendly email from MegaMetz explaining how you could use them and if you have any questions just email them, the equipment explains itself really anyway. My grip is now improving again in my right hand after ulnar nerve injury with this equipment and Im able to lift weights for longer before my right hand starts to fatigue and swing golf clubs with less pain.

Easy to use and having two in one pack means you can work both hands at once! There is a small wheel just above the hand grips that allow the pressure to be increased on decreased . I have been using them for about 3 weeks just in the evening while watching TV and have noticed a definite improvement in my grip. Each time they become easier to grip I increase the pressure. My hands sometimes ache the following day but it shows the muscles are being worked. I would recommend these.

Bargain for the price paid. Only had it a week or so, so far no issues. Made well, doesn't feel cheap. The dial on the end too adjust the tension also feels well made. Can't really fault the grippers for the price paid. My only gripe is with the shape of the handles. Maybe my hands are slightly bigger but upon closing, it is a bit difficult to close so I need to adjust my grip to force the close with my finger tips. It is definitely not the 40kg pressure as I have the COC Ironmind hand crushers, #1 and that's approx 64kg pressure and i can manage the close on that. Maybe it's due to the knurling and the cylinder shape handles.

This is a very useful piece of kit. Was shown one by our doctors Practice Manager. Didn't have a clue that this existed. However it is very comfortable to use (Although it is at its lowest pull rating 10kg) to start me off. It will adjust up to 40kg so good for the blokes as well. When I use these I can feel the muscles working in my hands, wrist, forearm and upper arm. Because I now use these everyday, I noticed a woman using similar sitting in a car during a NCIS episode on TV Guess she was toning up during a Stake out. Excellent product, been using a little while for strength recovery after being diagnosed with De Quervain's tenosynovitis. Well built and designed to allow a perfect grip which is extremely important considering the lack of strength in my hand. The adjustable tension allows me to build strength gradually. Even better, came in a two pack! Very happy with them and would highly recommend.

Seems like a good sturdy product. Not as strong as I would have liked but great for high repetitions. Great that there are two. As pointed out by another reviewer, if you're already lifting weights this isn't going to challenge you unless - but as I mentioned unless you're doing high reps. Sets of 30 plus. Good entry level product for those who aren't / haven't been physical for a good while.
