I'm very happy, it does the job, full deep massage, still gentle and soft. With a good soap lather the sensation is amazing. It reduces muscle pain and I noticed some improvement on skin-celullite appearance.

So I want to start off by saying that I am 39 weeks pregnant and am very swollen. My legs have accumulated some cellulite on my upper thighs that was not there pre pregnancy. In addition to healthy diet, exercise, cellulite cream (nothing drastic because of baby, Nivea cream), gua sha, and this massager - I have noticed a decrease in the appearance of the cellulite and swelling in my legs. I use this massager for a few minutes each thigh and rub upward circular motions where my trouble spots have popped up. It's doesn't totally remove cellulite but I feel it makes my legs look better.

Item is Okay for performance. It is big for hand and a rather hard plastic. Overall it is easy to use and does not actually hurt unless you use it forcefully on your skin. I have found other uses for it and enjoy how unconventional it is

I use this in the shower with soap so it glides easily on my skin. I haven't had issues with bruising but then I dry brush daily so this just feels like an extension of that. I haven't noticed any significant changes yet as I've just begun using this. I like that it is silicone and I can rinse it off and clean it easily and it doesn't get dirty or grimey. The handle allows it to stay put in my hand without slipping off because the soap makes it slippery. Good luck.
