I use diapers full time for severe urinary incontinence. I take medicine to help with this problem on days I work. A pull-up diaper used to work well, but now I wet more despite medication and I was leaking out of pull-ups. I needed to change at lunch and a pull-up is a hassle to change because you have to remove shoes and clothes to remove the old pull-up and put a clean one on. I was resistant to using a tab style diaper at work, but knew I needed one now. I wanted a product that was trim and quiet, but comfortable and absorbent. On a whim, I ordered the Prevail Air Overnight diapers in Size 1. When I opened the package, I immediately noticed how compact they were and thought it couldn't possibly be absorbent enough. I was wrong! They absorb for 4 hours even with heavy leakage and stay trim. The lining is very soft and I dont feel clammy between the legs like I do with some cloth-backed adult diapers. They use a single elastic tab on each side to tape them on and they stay secure and don't sag with use. They hold odor well and I dont smell like Im wearing a diaper. One con is the sizing. Im a 33" waist and 40" hip. The size 1 fits, but I dont know if it would fit me if I were much bigger in the waist or hips. The other con is the color of the size 1, a hospital yellow. They wont be discrete if your shirt rides up in the back. These are minor quibbles though. Overall, I feel comfortable and confident wearing them and they protect me well. I feel good wearing them. They are as discrete as a high absorbency pull-up, but much easier to change and easier to get a snug fit at the legs. Give them a try, but size up if you are close to the upper limit of the size range.

The adult briefs are for my MIL who suffers from dementia. She is unable to help herself. These briefs have made life more simple as she can sleep through the night without getting up or causing a mess that takes a lot of time and effort to clean up.

The best diaper for my mom. Complete. No leaks even after hours. #2 Works great for us. My mom is not tiny or large. This gives the full coverage, you can fasten how you like. I sleep the whole night through. No need to get up for diaper changes during the night. Plus, if you need some full coverage during the day, we will use this one for her during daytime, too. I may try the daytime prevail sometime. But, no turning back after having used these for mom. She's 88yr old. Had a stroke. I use for urine incontinence only, Amazing. Thank you. These "briefs" are fitted like diapers, with large adhesive tabs from back to front on the sides. They are then snug and fit well. They are absorbent and comfortable.

We have been using these diapers for our incontinent 17 year old son. They fit well and are very absorbent. Shipping is efficient. I definitely recommend this product.
