I am left handed will I be able to use these?

Just had a good look at them and the moulding is the same on both sides of the handle. While it felt very odd for me to use them left handed they did sit in my hand properly.

I'm sure it does. I bought mainly to cup fabrics with it.

Will these cut net curtains?

Yes they should be fine for nets. I have used them on very fine material.

Does fabric still fray when you cut with these?

The fabric I have used cotton / rayon type making bandana's does not fray. They are sharp easy to use I am very happy with this purchase.
