Can my child pick it off like he does with a plaster?

Not so easily, I'd reckon; maybe if he's really determined. I have no young kids at home, so have not used it on a child. It's painless and flexible, though, so it probably won't be as noticeable to him as a plaster is.

Can this be used on split ears? Ear has been torn downwards. On a child too of 9 years old.

As a gardener I have only used it on the normal small cuts one gets - it lasts longer than a plaster and does not fall off when washing hands. I refresh it every day whilst needed.

Can you use it on your face, and can you cover over with make up?

Yrs you can use it on your face. But don't get it near your eyes or mouth. Not sure about the makeup I'm just a guy.hope this helps

Can I use this to cover a cut on my lip? Antiseptic creams come off when I eat or drink.

I did not find this product very good - you would be much better getting Boots spray on plaster. or germolene newskin. I have just checked both of mine neither prohibit any areas their only proviso is not to use on open or infected wounds. I binned the liquid skin so cannot help you there
