Love it
Having done quite a bit of research on which oils are healthy and which are not, I decided to try the avocado oil for cooking. It have a strong odour when you fry with it and I though this might affect the flavour of the food, but pleasantly surprised there was no strange taste to the food at all. Will buy again.This is 100% pure virgin avocado oil and not as the title of this product suggests - olive oil! Obviously a mistake.

Good product but could have bought it for nearly half the price at Sainsburys. Feel cheated somewhat.

Good for cooking and for...skin
I bought this oil mostly to use it on my skin, I mix it with othe oils for a nice body oil.I have used it for salads as well (not the "body oil" blend though!), it tasted like any other oil I guess, but is obviously healthier than some.

Suprised
I was looking forward to this quite a lot but unfortunately I just don't like the taste. I therefore cannot judge the quality of the product hence neutral 3 stars

I like the product but i've discovered it in Sainsbury's for a cheaper price so I won't be reordering again.

Wonderful oil for making salad oils etc. brilliant for our bodies. Great quality oil. I have been buying this for a while as this is the only raw oil for salads I use.

Perfect
This avocado oil is the best I've tasted so far, it's really yummy with a powerful delicous scent to it. I personally like to use it to substitute butter in sandwiches.

I know this might seem a bit unorthodox but I've been unsure about buying avacado oil simply because I didn't know what the health benefits were. However I've just read the reviews and one in particular, written by 'Eco chico' was so useful and well written I had comment on it and thank you for taking the time to post it. I will definitely purchase this product as its so expensive to buy fresh avacados here in Ireland, so I hope to be able get some of the health benefits from the oil. I'm going to follow your good example and take time to post some reviews. I posted a question earlier which was asking about the comparative health benefits of avacado and olive oil which I use at present as I have four of us to cook for and have found one that's hard to beat for quality and price. I don't expect I can say the brand here. So thanks again Eco Chico and to all the people who are taking the time to review, I for one find them invaluable when trying to decide what to buy.☺☺
