So far so good
So far so good. Have used this since receiving yesterday and feel it is going to make a difference long term. Easy to operate, and use while watching TV. Can definitely feel circulation improving and this morning, the heel pain I usually had on getting up have diminished. The machine is quiet and easily stored next to sofa. Being 70 I hope my circulation will improve to help any vein issues that may otherwise cause me problems in the future. The different settings are mainly stride length rather than speed, so this may be why people feel it isn't vigorous enough. It's a yes from me!

Build up the time that you use each day
It made a difference to me on the days that weren't so good to go out and have a short walk . So on the days I couldn't get out I would use this for 10 minutes x 2 each day .

Arrived on time, well packed. Machine appears to be well made and sturdy. Has a decent lenght cable and come with a remote control with batteries provided. Works as described and fairly quiet. To early to say if doing me anygood.

Build up use slowly
My husband has only been able to walk a few steps unaided for years so his leg muscles are very weak. He’s delighted with this and says he can feel the effect on his legs. Time will tell how much difference it can make, and that’s the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars, but at least it gives him some exercise while sitting down. It’s got to be well worth the quite reasonable cost.

Easy to use
Bought this for my Dad at 77 and suffering mini strokes and breaking his pelvis in a fall last summer his mobility isn’t great as he’s lost strength and muscle in his leg. Bought this to help improve his strength to help get the muscles in his legs and ankles stronger. It’s quiet ,very easy to use with a remote control and simple buttons to understand easily. He just gets sat with his book or the tv on,places his feet on the plates and sets it going with an automatic switch off after 15 mins he gets a good timed workout 2/3 times a day. It’s simple to use,sturdy and all in all money well spent to help my Dad regain his confidence walking about again!
