Did not expect to like the flavor but it tastes great! It arrived well sealed and no leakage. There's no strong smell outside of what is expected. Mixes well without an agitator and works as described.

My go to brand for bcaas! If I feel like I’ll be sore the next day I’ll take these before bed and wake up fine. If I didn’t and I am sore I’ll take this through out the day and be back to 100 in no time. It really helps with recovery and this particular one has the fat burning stuff that helps during the cutting phase. Flavor is subjective but the reasons one would take bcaas and the benefits this offers are all there and worth it.

It doesn’t taste bad. I think it’s good. The one thing that I’m not so crazy about is that the lemonade hits you in the back of the throat. So do not take a gulp of this drink because the lemonade part of it hits you in the throat and kind of burns a little. Small sips are definitely better.

I took part in a 6-week fitness challenge, and I had the Xtend BCAA Ripped added to my supplements. Along with 2-day trainings, eating clean, and using this I was able to decrease my body fat percentage from 12.7% to 6%. I definitely noticed I sweated more on this BCAA intra-workout, compared to the Xtend Electrolytes. With that I felt more dehydrated, I would bring extra water a long with training. I would get a slight burning after taste here and there, due to the Cayenne, but overall I love this BCAA and I will continue to use it. Maybe if Xtend combines the ripped with electrolytes this would be even more amazing!

I got Xtend Ripped because of the extra ingredient L-Citrulline. It has been proven in tests that L-Citrulline (as well as Pine Bark Extract) to increase performance of cyclists and runners, anyone who uses a lot of lower body performance for endurance oriented sports as it benefits the circulatory system by relaxing blood vessels and increasing oxygen delivery by converting arginine which produces nitric oxide. The BCAAs does the job and I believe I'm benefitting from the L-Citrulline as I sip on Xtend pre and in ride on long rides and training rides. This mix has the additional benefit of containing electrolytes so turns out to be a great overall mix. I started using Xtend BCAAs back when I was a gym rat back in 2009, I can say I benefits of BCAAs as it helps avoid soreness and facilitates quicker in workout recovery as well as post workout recovery taken along with a post workout protein shake.

I was not a fan of this version of BCAA powder. I normally use the electrolytes version, but I loved this flavor when they had it in the other version and now they no longer carry it so I saw this one and thought fat burner yes signed me up. And it’s in my favorite flavor. However, the reason I use the BCAA powder because I get leg cramps, especially after working out iso I figured these would work too. It doesn’t. I found I ended up getting more cramps than I normally do when I use my regular BCAA powder with electrolytes versus the fat burning and muscle building one. This one was not functional for me.

I just got this today so I cannot speak to its fat burning results, BUT it tastes amazing and mixes well. Better flavor profile than others out there. I do think it’s a little too sweet but I add lemon juice and it seems to balance it out. Definitely buy it.

I got this to replace my caffeinated pre-workout. It has a great taste, still gives a bit of a pump for your workout, and it tastes great. I combine with creatine and will be buying more of this!

Not worth the money. I thought BCAA’s were good for you but I asked a PT and he said this was basically juice. You’re paying for the brand name. So the ‘fat burner’ lived up to that and it was like it had a few chilli flakes in the ingredients lol

The quantity was 30% less than normal bottle , though the bottle was sealed . I guess it was tampered as i have been using the same brand of bcca for last 2 years and have never faced such a issue
