Very Good Shilajeet Tastes real without any mixture But price is little high ... All I know for since I was a teenager that this is good for your all-round Health .. but will look for reasonable price . But than it could be fake ... So I will buy again from this seller . If he can make less profit I know how much it is from India

This is an authentic product. Keep in a warm room rather than a cold kitchen and it comes out more easily. The plastic spatula did break but then it was easier to take out as shortened spatula was stronger. It is full of fulvic acid which no longer is in our farmed soil and thus no longer in our vegetables. It really helps remove toxins from the body. It is an acquired taste but I got used to it. One small 10 gram pot bought in Feb has only just run out (five months later) and I take one small rice sized piece most days (in a small amount of boiling distilled water). Swirl it around and it will dissolve. I would not be without it and no longer ache the way I did. I did forget to take it for a week and noticed the aches came back... I was swiftly back on it and the aches have gone again. Highly recommended.

Bought this on the basis of the positive reviews on Amazon and other sites.My husband and I started with a very small rice grain size serving one a day dissolved in water.The negativesWithin a few hours I noticed a significant increase in my appetite to the point where I was ravenous thoughout the day and into the evening.Over the next few days my blood sugar suffered with my waking in the early hours of the morning needing to eat, I also noted that I started to put on weight with my clothes feeling tighter.In addition my blood pressure was affected with my experiencing dizziness and feeling generally unwell, I cannot say whether this was my blood pressure had increased or dropped, suffice to say I was becoming increasingly concerned.My husband also reported a significant increase in appetite and the need to eat late at night. he also started to gain weight and his sleep was disturbed with lots of unpleasant vivid dreams.Since stopping taking this our appetites have returned to normal and the weight gain has reversed.The lightheadness and dizziness have stopped and I am feeling back to normal.Mood affected.The only positive was an increase in mental clarity with better concentration and focus, my husband particularly noticed this stating that he was able to sustain his work focus for longer and more effectively, I also noted an improvement in my mental functioning and concentration.I am sure this works for some people but anyone with any Health issues should think very carefully before trying this product.We now have a nearly full tin sitting the cupboard which I am unsure will be used, a very expensive experiment.

I think it might be a good product but every drop I took I was reminded about the high cost of it. This one was a bit firm as in not that sticky. Don't know if any effect but had other brands before and so I don't think the high price is justified.

This stuff is bizarre. I read the other reviews before buying it, fully expecting to not really feel anything when taking it. I tried just a tiny rice grain-sized piece for my first go and within minutes felt floaty light and incredibly joyful. It was so strange. But brilliant! The immediate effects have worn off over time, though I do still feel uplifted after having taken it.Not sure what else it's doing for me, but it's full of good stuff and given my reaction, I can only think it's working! The pot is tiny (it comes in a really small plastic pot housed within the container shown) but as you use so little, it really lasts. The taste is foul, but I don't register that any more.Will definitely buy more when this runs out.
