I never leave reviews; even if it’s a bad product, I usually don’t bother. But this massage gun genuinely blows my mind in terms of bang for your buck. Apologies in advance: this will be a long review because I absolutely love this massage gun. Backstory: I had a pretty major spine injury that resulted in severe nerve pain and disc damage. The pain was so bad that I couldn’t even sleep in my own bed at night. Nothing was helping at home; no medication or exercise helped with the resulting muscle tightness in my back and extremities. I got this massage gun as a last resort, since it was briefly suggested by my physical therapist and it was on a big discount due to Prime Day last year. Long story short, this massage gun is incredible. I use it every day before my stretches and exercises, and it has made a world of difference in terms of my recovery. I If I had known how quality it would be, I would happily pay double. Advantages: • 7 attachments designed for specific areas and pressure application desires, 1 for general use. • Comes with a USB-C charger and charges pretty quickly. • Fits all attachments and gun in a sturdy and clean-looking case (that it comes with). • Works just as well as a Theragun (I have experience with both), for a tenth of the price. I compared decibel levels and it is just as quiet, if not quieter. • Included attachments have noticeably different applications and are actually useful. Disadvantages: • Foam attachment can become loose from the plastic housing (but not enough to affect functionality). • Battery life is somewhat short when using at high speed and high pressure, but that’s expected and easily countered since it charges quickly. • Wish there was a soft attachment for more bone-dense areas; even the softest included attachment is still fairly hard. All in all, absolutely buy this massage gun if you’re on the fence. If you’re recovering from an injury, have chronic pain, are an athlete with regular muscle soreness, or even just want something to help you relax after a long work day, this massage gun does it all. I will absolutely buy it again in the future (if it ever breaks… going strong with no issues so far) and have already recommended it to family and friends. Very, very grateful that something this beneficial is available at this price point.

This is a neat contraption. The massage gun feels good on sore and not sore muscles. I only gave a 4 stars for pain relief, as I find more pain relief from a hard roller or a jacknobber - those can really hit pain/pressure points much harder. I do think this gun is very good at stimulating increased blood flow in the areas it is used, and that is a very good and beneficial thing. It is very easy to use, solid. And it is also quite quiet. There is a hum with it, but it's quieter than I had even hoped for. If there is such a thing as a pleasant noise from a machine, this has it. I very much recommend this massage gun, and then with its price, it is really a fantastic deal. It's fun, too, tinkering with the different massage heads to see which feels great where. Oh, and the attaching and unattaching of massage heads is super simple. One thing to note: You must have (or will have to buy) a 5V2A USB Charger/Adapter. I bought one here on Amazon, cost under $8. The massage gun does have a cord, so don't worry about that.

I sit at a desk all day and was convinced that the pain I had deep in my hip and glute had to do with my sit bone - I thought maybe ischial bursitis. Occassionally, I would have pain on the outer edge of my kneecap on the same side. I went in for a massage and when I mentioned what I was feeling and my massage therapist immediately recognized an IT (iliotibial) band issue. He worked it and showed me how to massage the band at home when it flared up again. Self-massage provided some level of relief, but it was incomplete and short lived. Around the same time, I saw an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm where Larry David gave a massage gun as a gift. A little research on IT bands + massage guns led me to this device. I charged it up and it worked WONDERS from the first use. I use the round head - usually at level 5 power. I can easily run it over the entire length of the IT band from hip socket to outer knee, pausing to work the extra tight and sore areas. It gives me complete and lasting relief without meds. Before this I tried a couple different kinds of chair cushions (including the kind with the holes cut out for the hip sockets), stretches, topical ointments, you name it. I even bought a standing desk, but that didn't fix the underlying problem. It's held a charge surprisingly long and the price is great. I'm super happy with the purchase and am SO GRATEFUL for the relief it's given me.

This is the only product I have not had collected by Aramex for return. It never switched on and now I have to post it back and the postage reimbursement is capped at an amount far below what it will cost me to post back as I live outside the US. I understand if I had simply changed my mind, but I received a defective product. I should not lose money for that.

As of June 27, 2024, I’m still using the device and wanted to share an update on charging. The gun can’t be charged with a power bank (140W) or a 45W USB-C adapter; it only works with an adapter that provides 5V@2A, see video above.
