Careless packing
The product is good but during first delivery due to improper packing it was received broken I requested for replacement and during the delivery the charger is missing so returned.The supplier should be careful while packing with all its components and must do proper packing.

It is used one, we have not opened because it has to be given on birthday, when it open on birthday day it operated only for few minutes, on inspect we found that the piece which was given to us is already used or it was returned by some buyer. We are astonishing that such a manufacturers are there or part of Amazon.
