I love these cookies. Omg I LOVE THESE COOKIES!I have been on a modified Paleo diet for 14 years, and the options just keep getting better and better. For a while I was into High Key cookies, but those were kind of dense & crumbly, and the sweetness was a bit too much. Then I discovered Catalina Crunch sandwich cookies and I thought I'd died and gone to heaven: they were like Oreos but not as sweet (which if you are a long-time Paleo eater, is a good thing!). But alas the longer I go without eating sugar, the more my palate changes, and even Catalina Crunch cookies became too sweet for me to really enjoy them.Enter: Fat Snax! These cookies are *just the right amount* of sweet, they are soft, don't fall apart, and have a real chocolate flavor. I don't taste cloying metallic artificial sweetener, I don't feel like I'm eating a dense almond-based cookie that takes forever to chew, and they are just so light and yet satisfying.I don't know how people who normally eat sugar will feel about them; if you're a sugar addict you might not think these are sweet enough. But if you're like me and you can easily eat a fresh apple for dessert and feel like that is plenty sweet enough, then this cookie will be sweet enough for you too :). Try it!

I buy these here. I buy them at Shop Rite. They are not cheap but taste like a real cookie and do not raise my blood sugar (T1 diabetic) which is critical. I keep one with my almost always. Something I don't have to bake myself and makes me happy! Win win! They should sell them in larger quantities at a discount.

I found Fat Snax cookies in store and like the chocolate chip, lemon and double chocolate. I’ve ordered twice now from amazon. The first box was perfect, the bags were lined up neatly in the box and the cookies were intact. The second time, the trip my house was a rough one. The box was intact, but the bags weren’t lined up neatly and most of the cookies were broken. But still delicious!!

I love these, and can actually still lose weight if I consume them in moderation.Other so-called keto products totally stall me out, so this is the only "cheat" food I ever buy.Chocolate Chip isn't bad, but Double Chocolate Chip is by far the best flavor. They have more of a cake or soft brownie texture than a cookie texture, but who cares? It is a delicious treat for anyone whose taste buds have already been modulated by a strict keto diet.To the folks complaining of mold- I think what you are seeing is butter or oil that has surfaced. They probably got a little too warm during shipping and then cooled with the oil congealing in those greyish spots. Get out a magnifying glass and take a closer look. It really doesn't look like mold close up! Note: The ones that I bought from Amazon did NOT have the spots, but I've seen them on ones from the grocery store before (and, yes, they taste just fine!).Anyway, my one complaint about this product is the price. Three dollars a pack is kind of crazy. The high cost does help me to consume in moderation, however, so...there's my silver lining, I guess.Will order these from Amazon again the next time my local store runs out of this very popular flavor.

I've been on the ketogenic diet for almost 12 weeks now, and I received my fat snax today in the mail. This is BY FAR the best keto friendly snack I've ever tried & I'm going to be ordering more once I go through this batch. Great for travel. Yes, it's pricy, but it's totally worth it. Only 2 grams net carbs per cookie, and it tastes like a legit chocolate chip cookie. If I was blindfolded and you had me taste this double chocolate & a toll house chocolate chip cookie, I would still be able to tell the difference to be honest, but with the taste of this cookie, and the fact that it's keto & has good nutrition, I'll go with the fat snax all day. 5 stars.

Even my gluten-free-hating and health-food-hating daughter likes these. Soy-free is hard to find in chocolate chip cookies and these are the best soy-free, gluten-free, grain-free cookies I've tried let alone Keto. They're soft and a little moist... more chewy-like than the regular choc chip cookie they make so they don't crumble. Great if you want a softer cookie. I dont care if a cookie is soft or crisp, but I simply love these cookies... but I can only have 1 or 2 a week due to the coconut and I need something I can have every day without a reaction.

I bought these for my wife because they are her favorite cookies. I bought them on January 30th, they came in about a week later. My wife said that she thought a few of them tasted funny and had to throw them away. After opening the last pack, this is what she saw. Who knows how many she actually ate that had mold on them. I’m irritated because there is no way to get ahold of the company on here and they are ineligible for returns or refunds. I’m hoping that they actually see this review and actually do something about it and not just ignore it

These cookies are a little pricey, but are totally worth it! Their customer service is amazing and go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Now about the cookies, I don’t care for the lemon cookies, but I’m not a fan of lemon in general anyway. The peanut butter, chocolate chip, and a double chocolate chip, are fantastic! Double chocolate chip being my favorite. I keep them in the freezer, I just pull one out when I want it. They don’t freeze solid, so I can enjoy one immediately. Will be ordering these on a regular basis!

These cookies are great tasting and are fantastic to help if you’re craving a bit of sweetness while on Keto.. they’re not overly sweet and are very soft. I toss mine in the freezer so they keep longer and will eat them frozen as they taste like an ice cream sandwich cookie. I’ve ordered them from amazon 3 times already and have never had issues with mould, but likely is because I freeze them right away. They are pricey, but a good treat especially if you don’t have time to bake your own snacks!

They taste amazing and only 2 net carbs! Def innately will order again! The best diet snack I ever tried! Highly recommended!

Most of the reviews I read were obviously a few years old. Things have changed. The cookies I got in Nov. 2019 were dated for 2020 so definitely not expired.The cookies themselves are excellent. More chewy than crunchy but great flavor, especially the double chocolate. I will definitely buy more, though I wish they were cheaper. The lemon are my second favorite. Delicious with a cup of tea.Several reviews mentioned ginger cookies which they obviously have stopped now which is too bad. I LOVE ginger cookies!

I make keto cookies myself with almond flour, which are much nicer (beef gelatine gives them chewiness), but quite expensive and time consuming to make. These are pricey, too, but hit the spot when I want a cookie without wrecking my diet. I don't mind the consistency, and I like the solid chocolate chips.
