Gods Triton X Saddle Bag Bike saddlebag (50 LTR)

Hi..I have bought the bag in January. I live overseas and just arrived in India for a 2 month trip around India.The bags though the design intent was great I'd have the say the execution is poor.The first day of packing and I found 2 major issues. The Main Zip on one of the bags is broken, it's manufactured of poor grade aluminium alloy and the zip handle has come off meaning I cannot longer lock the bag. On the same bag the front small pouch zip after opening for the first time and then trying toclose it will go only halfway and the rest of the way stays open.The main zip though it looks solid dies not feel solid in function.Third problem is the rain cover. There is only one piece and there is no way it will fit across both the bags when the saddle bags are on the bike.This is a major disappointment.Since I had it purchased nearly 3 months before I needed them I can no longer return them now do I have the time to get a replacement as my trip is one couple of days.

I have received the saddlebag for my Himalayan. Was very happy but 1st thing i have noticed is the bag was not having the pricetag and the cards attached to it .their is a single plastic wire without it. Also there are dirt and mud particles on the bag . How come a brand new bag have all that? Also the built of bags are good but its shaps are deformed during the packing. I have ordered it just because it has cushion cover over the starps so the pillion would b comfortable.. seller please make sure that you provide brand new products and not the reopened and packed product. I have a priority if the bags as m travelling to hometown so couldn't replace or get refund but this kind of things are bad from seller side.. the bags are very good for what i want so keeping it.Updatingwithin one ride to mumbai to surat one starp of the bag came off. Really disappointed. I regret why i left rynox and purchased this one. Now sending several mails to support team to get it fixed. Ll update the review once i get satisfaction crom the support team

I ordered two bags on a single order but recieved only one. I was given a final date for resolving this but was never called back. Now whenever I call, they pretend like they cant hear me whereas the line is pretty clear. I tried calling from different phones and networks but still the same. I have tried more than 10 times since this morning with the same results. It is not at all possible that the network line can be that bad since I am living in a city and only they cant hear me. I have recorded every single call though so that if required, I can case a file in consumer court. I also have call record of the delivery boy confirming there was only one packet and he thought both the bags were put inside the same bag as they were part of the same order. Very pathatic customer service from Amazon. And since, the product was shipped by the seller, it is not very hard to guess who acted fradulently by shipping just one bag instead of two. I need a call from the seller and Amazon and please do not pretend as if you can not hear my voice. I WILL record that too.

This new model of triton x2 worst is a total designal disaster. Leave heavy rainfall even if we ride in wet road condition mist of water can make this bag as a water tank. Its main compartment has a open cover without any water lock zipper, it has only velcostrap.It is too much doubtable that iner liner and outer rain cover resist the rain pressure in day long ride condition. Construction quality of rear and front side is worst, looks like as 1000 rs cheap quality saddle bag.Overall, by any means the product does not justice a renowned brand like Road God's.I am very disappointed with the current product where as triton x2 first model was supirior quality. I am also using tank bag from road gods and I am satisfied but this one is a disaster model from Road God's.
