Lepro 12V LED Strip Light 5M (No Plug), 3000K Warm White, 2300LM, Stick on

I recently purchased an LED strip for my home, and I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance. The brightness and color options are outstanding, allowing me to set the perfect mood and ambiance in any room. The adhesive on the back makes installation a breeze, and the remote control provides convenient operation. Additionally, the energy efficiency of LED technology means I can enjoy the stunning lighting effects without worrying about a spike in my electricity bill. This LED strip has truly transformed the atmosphere in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase.

I have bought several reels of these strips for various purposes. The pictures show a strip of these in an 80s sideboard, in these pictures they are running at 20% brightness using a driver matched to the number of LEDs installed in this particular unit (to dim them, the driver must match within around 30%). They stick well to varnished surfaces like these but not so well to raw surfaces like wood or cardboard. The third picture shows a group of 3 (they can be cut off in groups of 3) inside a children's construction project and as can be seen, they have come unstuck. The final two pictures show these lights installed in an inset model of the Grand Canyon within a little side table. The batteries for this number of bulbs have lasted 2 years with intermittent use.

Very bright. Almost too bright to look at. Lovely warm white/yellow light. I believe the full 5m strip uses 24w so I purchased this with a 2a 12v power adaptor. The lights are a bit ugly when not illuminated, not being your standard type of "bulb". They're little yellow squares, not bulbs. I used the whole 5m length and stuck it to the tiling just under the top cupboards. The adhesive is pretty strong and nothing's peeling off yet. However, towards the end of the reel the strip lights had started to ruck up and flattening them is a delicate process. Other than that these lights are very attractive when illuminated and easy to install. As they generate no heat they're safe to touch and could easily be fed into transparent tubing, which may go some way to camouflaging their crap "off" appearance.

Easy to use and gives a lovely light above our kitchen units. Simply cut to length at the marked positions, about every 50mm and stick where you want them.

Really bright lights

This is a great lighting system for under my kitchen cabinets, gives out a great clear white light and very easy to install. i also bought some clips to hold the lights in place, but the adhesive backing seems to be holding fine on its own. The lighting strip can also be cut into sections and you can solder additional wires onto the cut section - i cut mine into a 3m and a 2m length - you may need two controllers, but might be able to get away with just one depending on how far apart the lighting strips are if you attach longer cables to the lighting strip. I added over 3m of cable to the lighting strip with no adverse effect on the light intensity or delay on the lighting strips operating I would definitely buy again and highly recommend this product.

I am very pleased with this product, it was exactly what I hoped it would be. I have been creating a "library" wall by combining 6 bookcases & shelves across a 18foot wall. Since the ceilings are so high I decided I would prop some of my paintings above the cases & that they needed lighting. After researching the least expensive diy options these led strip lights seemed just the thing: within my limited budget & not requiring alot of technical skill to install. A guick search of youtube, a simple video later & I had all the info I needed. Because I am concerned about dust, but the led tracks were to expensive with that long of wall I had to find another option. My local hardware store had protective tubes for florescent bulbs 8feet long($5). I taped the led strip to a 1/2"pvc moulding($2.53), slide the moulding into the tube & taped the ends to seal out dust. I now have two 8 feet Long led light tubes that I can vacumn off without having to worry about messing up a contact or knocking the tape off. I had installed a 1 1/2 inch moulding board across all the cases to make them look more built in & the tube sits nicely right behind it. You cant see it from the front at all, but it illuminates the paintings well. These lights Do Not come with a power cable so be sure to get one. I also added a dimmer switch to mine, which I really like. The lights are a warm yellow & put out an amazing amount of light for being so little. I have no ceiling lights & these totally transform the room. They can be cut to any length you need & are well marked. I look forward to installing them in my display cases next.

I installed these recently in my kitchen. They powered by a 15A/120V lighting circuit wired to a switch. I also purchased a 2A 24W LED driver/transformer from Amazon which is mounted under my upper cabinets as well. Very straight forward installation, they don’t get very hot, and the 3M tape on the back is enough to hold the strip on. I purchased the clasp style connectors from Amazon as well. The connectors work pretty good but soldering would be better.
