Minty!
I highly recommend these pocket size bars - very useful while out on the trails. You can just break off the amount you need, easily dissolves on the tongue.I’ve got quite a sensitive stomach and I personally found these ok for me. They’re very minty which is refreshing to taste.

Perfect Fuel
Bought this to use during long runs as I was fed up of gels. If you like mint and chocolate, then this is perfect. It's easy on the stomach and tastes better than what I thought it would. Only downside is that it gets hard in the cold, and I prefer it at room temperature.

Great product - Not so great flavour
Great product, the energy spike they give can get you through what you need to get through, that's the beauty of quick release glucose.Flavour isn't the best and it can be hard to stomach a full bar as a result, maybe some people like it but for me if the flavour wasn't as strong it'd be a 5 star

Great for Ultra Runners or Hikers who need densely packed energy with no fuss.
I am a mid pack Ultra runner who has tried all sorts of different gels and bars. I just enjoy going out on all day runs with my trusty Labrador, Reggie (who says he prefers his meat treats-Sorry KMC). I recently gave these a go as the price/gram of carb is pretty much unbeatable. Fairly recent studies in Ultra running state that athletes should be consuming around 100g of Carbohydrates per hour. I haven't tried this in a long ultra yet but I have tried it in some 6 hour long runs in Nidderdale and I can say it gave me no issues whatsoever. Easy to eat on the move. goes down well even and didn't feel the need to wash it down with too much water. I will be trying it out at the upcoming Nidderdale 111 Mile event.

Big is better
I use KMC for cycling, 2-3 squares every 30 minutes. I give KMC a five. I feel really well on them during and after. These bars however are thin, crumble and you feel the crystals, I would therefore suggest the bigger, thicker bars. Still a five because the product itself works really well.

Perfect energy bars for a big hike!
These bars are small & light weight to carry in your ruck sack, but gives a great energy boost for a big hike. My son took these on his Duke of Edinburgh expedition & really helped give him the extra energy to keep going. I would highly recommend for any hike or sport such as running or skiing as so easy to carry with you. Not the cheapest, but a very handy small size individually wrapped for convenience.

Nothing more than sugar with a mint flavour
Could just chew some sugar as well -- same taste and energy content and 10x less expensive.
