I ordered this in 2024. It’s still going!! It cleans easily, works beautifully, has run 24/7 since purchase. It’s so quiet. My feral cats love it. A filter lasts about two weeks. I have taken care of it properly so it would stay new looking and work its magic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

this is my second time ordering this fountain and each time it has worked perfectly with no issues! easy to take apart which makes cleaning and replacing filters easy, i have 2 cats and its a good size for both. easy to refill by just pouring water in the top. looks cute too :)

I am writing this on 3/28/2026 and I can't believe I've had this fountain for almot 3 years. My cat loves it and gets an attitude when I take it away to clean and change filters. FYI do not use tap water. I hsd to for a while and it stopped working due to sediment in my tap water. Bottled water is best, especially ice cold from the fridge. I give this 5 stars.

The light shines through very blue, not orange/purpley at all. So a little off putting if you like certain lights in your home. Otherwise, I'm a fan. My cats love it and drink so much water with this thing! It was easy to put together and easy to maintain. It is very quiet.

Squeaks likes to play with his water leaving a mess. I tried a spout fountain but the the flow was short and in the center of the bowl. It was heavy which was good but as he grew he was able to lift it with his nose and make a mess again. Hubby and I did some research and this type of fountain seemed to be ideal. AND IT IS! It's smaller than the 1st fountain but the way it's designed hass reduced the amount of playing he does with it since the spout flows are higher with less effort on his part to drink. He can move it easy but the center is so deep it doesn't splash outside which is great! Full disclosure - Squeaks is a very inquisitive one so he found a way to disassemble the top but still no mess! I put it all back together and used a small amount of tape for the sides and now no issues! He still moves it a little but no disassemble and he drinks more! IT also comes with spare filters which is nice! The light can be situated where you like to place in the bowl as it's attached to the pump and plug as all one unit. The only thing that would make it better would be if I could unplug and recharge as needed since that enables flexibility with where it can be placed but it has to stay plugged in to work. I still give it 5 stars as its really cute, it comes in cool colors (I might get another) great price, and most importantly it solved our problem! I'll post a video when I get a chance. Get it if you can relate! Side note: I like the sound of the fountain water trickle, its peaceful. Keep it full and you'll have no issues.

Excellent product! The extra filter inside the fountain adds extra clean water + the cats love it! They drink alot more probably because it's cleaner longer before the next day I can clean it! The entire fountain stays cleaner than previous other models we've had...I would buy it again!

This fountain functions just fine. My cat loves it and she drinks a lot of water. My only complaint is how obnoxiously loud it can be. Its not the motor, its just the sound of the water. Like if I’m on the phone in my living room, I feel like I’m competing with the sound of the water . Sometimes I’ll doze off on the couch and if the house is completely silent the sound of the water keeps me up. Ive noticed it’s worse if the water level isn’t completely full. I’ve had others and they haven’t been this loud .

Base is a bit small. My large cat cannot drink from the flat part because water hits his face. He does not like drinking from the running water portion. Works ok for our smaller cat.

Vraag mij af wat en waarom er in zit wat er in zit (kokos en...?). Ook of dat een geur/smaak geeft die katten misschien niet prettig vinden. Onze oude kat is nu ineens uit het toilet gaan drinken. Vandaar dat ik vermoed dat de filters een voor ons onmerkbare geur/smaak afgeven. Waarom van die rare spullen in een filter stoppen? Veel te duur ook. Kostprijs is waarschijnlijk verwaarloosbaar. Ga wel eens kijken of ik niet iets simpels kan maken van koffiefilters oid. Of kunsstof koffiefilter mesh.

Ich bestelle diese Wasserfilter regelmäßig und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden damit. Sie funktionieren zuverlässig und leisten gute Arbeit bei der Filterung. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die beiliegenden schwarzen Schwämme kann ich für meinen Brunnen leider nicht verwenden. Für Nutzer wie mich wäre es praktisch, wenn man die Filter auch ohne diese Schwämme bestellen könnte – das würde unnötigen Abfall vermeiden. Trotzdem ein empfehlenswertes Produkt, das ich weiterhin gerne nutze!

Works great! Both of my cats love it and drink more water. One was nervous to use it for a couple of days and now he loves it.

The cat loves it. Very quiet running, and large tank capacity means you're not forever filling it up. Really easy to assemble and disassemble. Water flow is gentle, which is ideal for the cat drinking, and the built in light means it also looks great at night. One thing to be aware of, is that it will need washing weekly if it's not running regularly, as you can get a slight slimy build up around certain components.

La mia gatta beveva poco e quindi il veterinario mi ha consigliato di acquistare una fontanella. Devo dire che sono soddisfatto. Con la fontanella la mia gatta beve molto di più. Forse è anche incuriosita dal suono che fa lo zampillo dell'acqua. Il prodotto è buono e serve al suo scopo. Dopo un pò di tempo la pompa della fontanella ha smesso di funzionare ma posso dire di essere rimasto estremamente soddisfatto dell'assistenza ricevuta. Il servizio clienti ha risposto immediatamente alla mia mail di segnalazione fornendomi le indicazioni per superare il problema od in alternativa si è offerto di sostituirmi il prodotto che era ancora in garanzia. Non è stato necessario perchè il problema era dovuto alla mancata pulizia interna della pompa (che si era sporcata per sedimenti presenti nell'acqua che avevo utilizzato). Dopo avere facilmente smontato e pulito la pompa questa ha ripreso regolarmente a funzionare. Rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono e posso dire che ne consiglio l'acquisto
