Excellent hot sauce. There is a nice fresh, tangy edge to it but also some depth of flavour underneath, and the heat level is just perfect: hotter than your typical hot sauce but not masochistic like the ghost pepper stuff.My recommendation: put it on some scrambled eggs

Tastes great

The sauce has a great flavour, the heat is nice, but if you're used to eating ghost peppers and other extremely hot chillis, this is a walk in the park. I buy it for the flavour.

Perfect level of heat and it goes well with Mexican food. It's not really an all-round hot sauce though as it has quite a pungent taste.It doesn't have a strong floral taste like some habenero sauces and that's a bonus to me. Doesn't have a strong vinegar taste either and that's also a bonus for me.Perfect for Mexican food but for other food it has a little too much character as it's a bit pungent. Still have yet to find the perfect all around hot sauce.

My husband first tried this sauce in a restaurant. I bought it as a gift afterwards and now, he smoothers it over everything! It packs quite a punch! If you like spice, you'll like this.
