I have only taken these for 8 weeks. I have noticed a massive difference already in the health of my fingernails which I wasn't expecting. I have never been able to grow my nails but they are now strong and very healthy. My hair is also in great condition too. It is too early really to comment on whether it has made a huge difference to my face, however even when tired I am happier with how my complexion looks.

When taken regularly, these make me feel all round fresher. Skin, hair, nails, energy improved. Definitely notice a difference if I run out. Worth noting dosage is stated 2 tables a day, therefore the 120 size will only last 60 days.

Was really sceptical about this product, but as any help with ones face when 60 I thought I'd give them a whirl. Really thought it was psychological that my face looked less puffy and lines were reduced. I have only been taking this product for one month but in that time I have noticed a visible difference in my hair. It is growing, is a little thicker and the bald patches are covered. My skin feels soft but I have not noticed any other signs of change. It is still dry in places. Hopefully the product will make a difference after another month of taking the product.

I decided to buy this product because I saw the visible effect of the "man version" of it on my husband. I decided to buy 4 months supply straightaway since I live abroad. However, even though I feel like I looked younger within the short period I took it with silky skin and healthy young skin but became fat... yes, for some people, it increases weight. A pity. I so wish am not one of those people. I will still take it from time to time at small dosage as its too expensive to be just thrown away.
