This is mostly silver.....Not like the photo
I have used this ribbon in the past. It is lovely to work with, yes a lot of glitter. I did not have the original spindle roll that it was on which was 25yds. Looking at the photo of it here, it looks like a soft gold, which mine looks like now {after 5yrs of use} So I went ahead and purchased it. The 10yrds came on a roll that would accommodate 25. This ribbon is scarce and sought after.Well, its silver. The only gold on this is where the wire is attached. I am keeping it and am going to attempt to spray it gold.I have some 4" silk ribbon and has no body to it. I used my old mesh ribbon behind it and wow, it draped so beautifully. That was a costly mistake. I paid $16 for 25yrds 5 yrs ago. Dang!

Beautiful ribbon that draped nicely on our Christmas tree BUT there are huge amounts of excess glitter that covered every surface after minimal manipulation with the ribbon.

Glitter everywhere!
Loved the look but the glitter is everywhere! Any time someone touched the tree the ribbon shed! Came in horrible packaging that was already open. Would not recommend. Went in trash after Christmas- a waster of $$. Very disappointing
