No after sale support.
I bought this laptop on 5th Aug. However the product has some issues so I request a return for this product. Amazon arrange an technician who never visited my place to check my laptop. I was waiting for the technician till the time return period out of TAT. Now I have a faulty device with no support from Amazon's side. Very bad experience this time.

Only review you need to get idea. No more confusion.
1)Screen=Yellow2)Ram 8gb= 4gb+4gb two sticks 4gb each3)No bag with it so at least try first in local market so that you can get some free goodies.4) Color. In my case i ordered white but got grey one after waiting one whole week. I had urgent work so i didn't return but if you can return please go for white one its awsome looking.5) Game performance mode in alien ware centre will work after disabling inbuild windows game mode.6) MOST IMPORTANT, Update drivers and firmware from download from dells official site otherwise you will face blue screen issue frequently. Its not hard, its only an exe file.7) Lights are orange as you can see in photos but doesn't distract or causes irritation in normal light but can cause irritation in pitch black room.I have used it for a month now. I will update this review if i face any other issue.

Don't buy this laptop useless. Had Camera and mic issues, got a WHR and then newly replaced one had motherboard issues. Such a bad product truly disgusting. Utter waste of time and money.
