Q: Is the angle of the shower head adjustable downwards? I can't see how from the picture. Thanks.

Yes the head can be moved forward it has about 3 clicks, the height is adjustable too, this shower really is great especially for the money, its not far from a normal shower, the only things that are missing are you can't change the setting of the shower spray, and the lack of power you get from a conventional shower, we are very happy with it, I truly recommend it!

Q: Anyone found spares available for this? Especially the rubber tap parts and small flex connectors to them?

I wrote to Croydex because I just needed the rubber tap fittings and was told it wasn't possible to supply them! Wrote back saying I thought they should strongly consider it, but I guess they would always want you to buy the whole blooming thing.....! If you're like me you don't want a new riser rail every time!

Q: I have tightened the screws as tight as i can but the water still comes out of the fitting mainly on the hot tap,so water is leaking out behind,

try letting the bit that goes over the tap slide forward toward the end of the tap rather than pushing it as far back as it will go til its resting just over the end of the tap, the velcro straps will do the rest, let them take the weight of the pressure. Luckily i'd read a review that mentioned this so didn't try to hard to push them back as far as possible, it works much better when you let it slide forward n let it find its own best position. I haven't had one leak the whole time I had it, which is about 4/5 weeks now. Best thing i bought in a long time. hope this helps

Q: The distance on the tub taps is 21cm / 8.5in. While the push on connectors for taps reach this far?
