This little thing works perfectly. I bought to monitor my oxygen and hearth level during Wim Hof breathing exercises and ice baths. I had a more expensive one (and medical tested etc etc) before but it made a single read, while this one allows a continuous read (it's not perfect 100% of the time but you get used not to watch the display the first 3 seconds). you also need to consider that if you raise your hands the blood flow goes down for a moment etc etc.I used it every morning and evening for 2 months, the beep functionality is really helpful, I'm super happy with this product

I bought this when my wife had had a chest infection for three weeks and thought it would be helpful to know whether to go to the doctor or not. This little gadget works really well and gives reassurance that the lungs are working satisfactorily! Interestingly the readings were in the low 90s at first but after a walk round a wood, the first in three weeks, her O2 sats were up to 98. A good indication that getting fresh air was the way forward!

OK if you want a cheap and approximate guide to your oxygen saturation. I found that it does not correspond well to clinical devices when the skin temperature or oxygen saturation is low. But it may be OK to confirm that your oxygen saturation is normal. You may be better of with an established clinical brand like Nonin if you need to accurately monitor saturation. I ended up doing exactly that as this stopped working after 10-months. You evidently get what you pay for.

I like this device, easy to use and it turns itself off, it gives a good indication of oxygen levels I found it o be on par with what I use at work BUT i find the pulse reader useless, I have a fast heart rate but this device only shows the lower readings so I’m unable to use it for that purpose and have to resort to a manual reading, this seems to have become progressively worse, I’ve had it now for almost 3 years

I would give this five stars except that I am not certain of consistency of reading due to it pressing rather hard on my finger. I have lowish blood pressure and this pressure does sometimes seem to interfere. The display is very clear indeed and it is very nice to be able to orientate the data display to suite your viewing angle.With regard to the pressure on the finger, I am still finding my way round using this. I should add that the supplier has already asked me for feedback and any criticisms, which is nice and reassuring.

This unit gives the reading that I was expecting cf. hospital ones. It is relatively compact and is comfortable(have used ones that clamp too hard). Basic operation is very easy; insert batteries, put on finger tip and switch on. There are parameters that can be altered e.g. switch off or reset alarm point, the instructions seem to have been translated from German but are not too bad. The unit switches off very shortly after the finger is removed. The case and lanyard are useful as when in regular use the unit can be looped around/tied to something to prevent its loss

Very hand little device! Works as instructed and gives what appears to be excellent results.Only issue was this was purchased to measure my little girl as she's currently a tad poorly. However it seems way too big and there are no options to adjust so she gets a bit uncomfortable.Not the products fault however so would recommend

Avoid. The oxygen saturation readings were consistently lower than readings measured using other monitors in my workplace, and this item isn't available for return.
