Marko Outdoor Wooden 3 Seater Cross Rose Garden Bench Park Seat with Cast Iron Legs

This product is terrible, we purchased this thinking it was going to be a sturdy bench to give in memory of a little girl that has passed away. The legs are cast iron, the wooden slats are not fit for adults, they bow when sat on. The green backing is a flimsy plastic that again moves when you rest your back on it. Please don’t waste your money on this.I hate to leave a bad review but the quality of this is shocking and shouldn’t be allowed to be sold in my personal opinion.We don’t want people coming to the house (due to Cobid) to collect it, so we have decided to keep it, but my husband will have to re enforce it and put a solid wooden back on it. What a waste of £60 😨

Arrived fairly quickly. Instructions were not clear so my husband had to do a bit of guesswork and the metal bar for the middle of the seat didnt fit so he had to hammer it to fit!Wood was not very sturdy and full of knots and marks. The legs only were metal - the back decoration is plastic and the green is brighter than in the photos online so not so nice looking. Smaller than I thought but a 2 seater nonetheless, however, I would be dubious sitting on it with another person and its certainly not for heavier people as the seat wood bows when sat on.I would certainly NOT recommend this item - it is poor quality, doesnt feel safe to sit on and expensive for what it is. I havent returned it as it is too much of a palava to take it apart and we had to hammer the metal support.

Absolute rubbish. I was encouraged to purchase two of these items because of good reviews. On trying to assemble the first bench the most forward plank does not fit. It is far too short and the holes do not line up. I'm not assembling the second bench and trying to return both items to the manufacturer. I cannot even give it one star, but have to to submit this review. In future I will go to a garden centre and buy from there.

Some damage to the back section which is annoying but not enough to warrant going through the rigmarole of returning. Looked as if it the damaged piece had been stuck back on badly so a tad annoyed that it was deliberately sent out in this way. I will revarnish it to protect . Didn't expect a suberbly solid piece for the money but adequate. It will back on to a wall for the occasional evening sundown drinks and doesn't need to be as robust as a seat elsewhere in the garden

I bought 3. The benches are simple to put together and look effective. Recommend you use cushions as sitting on the slats feels 'shaky'. As they got weathered - the varnish on the wood quickly wore off. The legs gave off rust onto my new slabbed patio - not good. As a solution, I snipped off the pins on nylon 'feet' and stuck them on. This keeps the metal off the slabs and ends the problem. Will need to re-varnish them before leaving out for the winter.

Sold as a 3 seater. This bench is 1.2meters wide it will comfortably seat 3 children. I’m not complaining as I ordered it to fit beneath my window. Easily assembled need only a philip’s screw driver and a pair of pliers.The arm rest is too low so I think the bench has been miniaturised from a 3 seater to 2 as a result it’s lower than expected. But it’s a cheap bench looks good and feels pretty solid.Update. Less than a month down the line the bench is broken. Come out this morning and notice the solid metal arm rest is broken

Product arrived in a very damaged box that had been taped everywhere. Putting it together would have been easy had all the correct nuts and bolts been supplied and the supporting bar was damaged, bent and had to be bent back into place to fit properly. In addition some of the metalwork had been badly cast and had to be chipped away in order to get a bolt through. Similar product can be purchased on GoGroopie for £30 however, they had run out of stock so this was my only alternative due to lockdown affecting the supply chain.

Visually a bautiful bench, but feels a little flimsy and un-sturdy; however, i've sat on it a few times now and it's still standing. I also had the same problem as others with the middle metal bar not being bent to shape to fit the bench so had to hammer this into shape before applying.
