My existing unifi AP's dont go through the outer wall of my house, will this work with the same controller to mesh with the existing system?

Did you buy this product and if so did it work as expected outside? I only ask as I also have the unifi AC pros inside and signal outside is terrible

I have a unifi ap in the house, when i go to my shed should my phone automatically connect to this ac mesh as the signal is far greater?

Hi, This answer will differ depending on your connecting device, some devices will roam to the next AP however majority are sticky and do no like disconnecting. To ensure proper connectivity and roaming with the strongest signal you will need to configure the Min RSSI setting on the controller which will tell the AP to kick the client off when it reaches a certain signal level allowing the client to search and connect to the strongest AP. Will this work with a POE+ switch?

It work fine with the UniFi POE switch that I have , not sure about any other make of POE switch , I find the Ac outdoor mesh works very well in my garden

They do come with a wall mount And cable strap for mounting to a round Mast /pole
