Hydrolic is messed up... very easy to put together. Not like you have to put hydrolic together but when operating chair. You have to lift pump up to pump chair up. An have to lift pump up to put chair down... I've owned over 10 barberchairs and this is the first that doesn't pump down to make chair go up and down. Emailed sellers never got any response back. They won I'm keeping chair because all I asked for was a normal operating hydronic. Guess I'll have one big muscle of a calf 😅
