Should have zero stars - SO disappointing! It looks like my daughter was turned into a nutcracker - I was so excited to give this to her! The 1st one I ordered had sunglasses stuck sideways, messed up hair and mismatched joints with glue all over. I ordered a replacement, and that one had black all over the white 'clothing' on it. I then spent too much time with amazon customer service trying to get a refund (the replacement showed I paid $0). I was then told it had to go back via UPS - not Kohls. - SO inconvenient for where I live. Super cute design but don't waste your time.
