I used this item for helping improve my TVs signal by allowing my antenna to be positioned better.I now have a good picture on both TVs

These splitters should work fine for cable but they were not going to work for the setup I was trying to use. I was trying to split the Satellite signal from the dish to go to 2 TV's. The different channels on satellite use different voltages to get different signals and it will clash with each other.

The 2 way cable connector and the splitter kit worked fine to connect my Satellite areal to my TV and the Free view box. It saved me money to buy the cable separate from the splitter. Recommend it to anyone who wants to connect TV and Free view Box.

Within 3 days of ordering it, the kit arrived.As with other reviewers I don't have any electronic expertise and it didn't take long to connect it to the single feed satellite dish cable. Didn't have any need for instructions - very straightforward.Unfortunately one of the screw attachments was faulty and it was replaced, free of charge, within 24 hours of reporting it to Amazon.Excellent customer service and it now works a treat with my Humax digibox. I can record on one channel and watch another at the same time.

I'm an ignorant but was recommended this item t get my broadband to the tv and recorder separately., Really easy to fit and it works. Just a warning about the product....I Bought blindly without considering the connection points (boys/girls) cos I thought this would be a standardised package. When it arrived none of the ends fitted my tv or the recorder box - cos some were screw_on ends not push-on ends and I had t buy a number of additional screw-on to push on connectors.....I've learnt the hard way about girl/boy ends. My fault but just wanted t warn other ignorants that this is not a fit all or all you need package and may not save money. Check what you need and compare t what's supplied before buying.....consider separate items....even if a little more money. Good luck.!!!!

Be careful what you believe this to do, as stated by another reviewer this doesn't necessarily 'split' your signal (even though as the seller responded to me the description doesn't specifically state that it does) but if you are trying to use one signal and split it to two receivers or one sky box and one freesat etc. it will not work, I am assuming this is for the same reason as it won't work when splitting signal to a sky box and you want to record and watch, it will only work if the channel is the same polarity not all the time.My definition is that it is a faulty product ie not technically capable of 'splitting' the signal but as the seller was prepared to refund if I returned at my cost (which would likely mean I end up getting a total refund of £2-3 so not worth the hassle) I gave it 2 stars instead of 1

It was ever so easy to install. I used it to split a satellite connection. It is excellent value for money. It arrived really quickly, before the estimated date. It was well packaged. If I needed another I would buy from this sellar again.
