For what you get, it's pretty expensive to be honest. I did exactly as it said on the packet, used the tray and put the seed and soil mix from the bag into it, dampened it and covered it then out in a windowsill in sun. Inky a fraction of the seeds germinated, leaving me with a tray only partially germinated, s d not the swathe of grass depicted by description and photos of product. Although I understand some of the seeds may not grow, it was clear that a great many of what if been sent just were not viable. For the money j paid, I think that is unacceptable. I ended up having to grow what I could but not putting the entire tray in the cage like i intended, but pulling up some mature grass and placing it with foot and seed intact, in the cage for my mouse to nibble on. I'd not recommend, not at that price anyway.

It grew very quickly on my windowsill, the pigs devoured it in minutes. I put it back on the windowsill. It grew again. Chirpy expectant rodents, happy piggies! It must be nice as it doesn't last long. Haven't tried it myself......You do need to keep an eye on it as it does eventually become mouldy and inedible. But for sheer small animal joy. I'd buy this. They love it and it's easy to grow.

I bought this for my birds, they love to eat grass, it grows very quickly.

grew quickly, guinea pigs liked it, as in i left em with it for about 10 minutes and it was eviscerated, did end up throwing it out because of mould buildup, probably more my own fault that

My rabbits love this grass and won't stop eating it! The grass came in a neat little package and I received it within a few days of ordering. Would definitely recommend for rabbits 🐰🐰
