Love this product, ideal for outings woth the family.

I had previously given this product a 3 star due to the handle falling out. However, I am changing this to a 4 star as the seller is excellent on customer service. I still like the stacked 3 tiered item so will more than likely replace it with another.

Love the design however doesn't stay warm for long 1 - 2 hours

1) The container leaks even when using the lid with the seal. I've tried to contact the seller but had no reply. 2) I don't believe the plastic used is actually BPA free. Seems like a very low quality cheap plastic and there are no marks of authenticity on it. 3) Sometimes the handle comes off so you're basically risking dropping this all over the place. I'm really disappointed with the product and would like to return it but cannot since it was forwarded to a different address outside the UK. Unless you're going to carry crackers in here, don't bother buying.

It’s good for adults

Extremely disappointed in product. For price I had much higher expectations. Does not keep food hot for long and insulation in containers is not good as heat escapes and containers become quite warm on the outside when hot food is placed in them. Definitely would NOT recommend or purchase again as a waste of money.

La fiambrera, en general, está bien, pero el problema viene en las asas, que como lo cojas por ahí o estires de ellas para quitar la tapa de arriba, se suele salir de dónde viene enganchada. Por lo demás, bien. El departamento de arriba sirve para meter alimentos más líquidos, porque es bastante estanco y no sufre fugas. En los dos de abajo, no lo recomiendo, porque el líquido sí se sale. Los de abajo, son para otro tipo de alimento. Si no fuera por el tema de las asas, le pondría mejor nota. En cuanto al bolsito que viene con ellos, estaría bien que tuviera un bolsillo algo más grande para que cupiese la cajita de los cubiertos.

Super bento, joli, design, 3 parties de rangement super pratique. La fermeture rend l'isolation plus heetisue. Le feutre est un bon isolant.1 jeu de fermeture de remplacement. Le seul bémol la sangle du sac en feutre pas très jolie.

My 13 year old loves it. She makes her own lunch now and likes that she can have a salad separated from last night's leftovers then something for snack like fruit or some crackers. Its not cheap but she takes good care if it so we only had to buy one. I bought the cheaper rubbermaid ones for my younger kids, they aren't as picky of eaters and also forget to clean the containers out, but this nicer one works well for a responible preteen/teen. Doesn't leak at all. Like zero. We've spent a small fortune on fancy bento boxes in the past 8 years and this one is the best yet. She likes the flexibility to just use 1 or take all 3 containers and it really does keep stuff warm. I feel every year we buy some cheapo ones and a couple of fancy ones and the cheap ones end up being our go to because of leaks. Or we default to ziplocks. This one seems very well made though so I'm confident we won't have to ditch it and deal with less modular ones or end up using baggies and feeling guilty. :) My only minor complaint would be that the bag doesn't feel super sturdy. Its functional and she has no complaints really but we just aren't sure how to clean it. We usually wash lunch bags on the weekends but this one feels almost as if its made of a thick paper like fiber. Its too nice to risk messing it up. Thankfully no messes yet but I'd like to know how to clean the bag. Other than that, its an awesome product. She loves it too.
