It works!
It was fairly easy to install. I would definitely install the condensation bypass like in the instructions. It has good CFM and has dropped the radon from 10.5 down to .48.

This product is of poor quality. I purchased one, and it only lasted for a year and one month. It also caused my ceiling to leak. The worst part is that it claimed to have a 5-year warranty, but the vendor used various excuses to avoid honoring the warranty service."

This is a great Radon fan.
This is my 2nd Suncourt Radon Fan. The first one went 10 years and it was still running. It was starting to get a little loud so I replaced it with the same model.

Manufacturer Does not Stand Behind Product
Bought one 2-1/2 years ago. Installed it per manufacturer instructions. It failed 2 years into a 5 year warranty. Sent to manufacturer at my cost. They would not cover because there was rust. Outdoor rated fan installed in a unheated area pulling air from an heated area will always produce condensation. This fan is poorly designed and will fail And the manufacturer will not stand behind it. You have been warned.
