Just received one of these this week (June 2020] and yes it came with a low profile bracket.

Can't tell you about a specific pc. You must open the box and see if you have a spare pcI express socket on the mother board. It is about 2 inches long and a place opposit it in back off box for the plate to attach. In my pc it worked well for me but remember you may need to install the drivers from the included disc

Keeps saying its paired to devices, ie, phone/gamepad but these devices say they are not and don't work. Anybody else have these issues?
