If there is a no deal brexit will this bin still work in the uk and in the eu?

Not necessarily, you might have to buy both an EU and UK car bin. It's a highly complicated process to transfer citizenship while traveling to the continent so most people advise leaving your bin at home when you travel.

Are the plastic bags it comes with recyclable and/or biodegradable?

They’ll be recyclable, but I’m not sure if they are biodegradable sorry

Does this have magnets around the top of the bin to clip it closed, so rubbish isn’t exposed when hanging over car head rest?

My bin doesn’t have a lid so I can’t answer that question
