People may have not enough strength to lift certain things. Disappointed with operation hard to pull rope though pulleys when under load they don't say what lifting weights are. I tried to lift a 24kg bike on to cycle rack back of my Motorhome did it but with some difficulty, no smooth movement of wheels. Will send back.
