I use this straightener every week, is so fast and versatile, you can use it to just straightener your hair or to curling it! And is particularly good while curling because it heated both sides of the plates so you need to be careful while using it to avoid burning yourself, but you can always use the gloves that comes with it and be safe. In Summary this product is amazing to me and my needs and I would really recommend it to anyone looking for a good and powerful straightener to make either curlies or straighten it!

This is an amazing product. I have wild hair that is hard to tame. I have tried many different straighteners including the brand leaders. This is the best I have used to date. Great for straightening and curling. Heats up quickly. Smooths hair beautifully. Reduces frizz. A good, if not better than professional straighteners twice the price.

I have natural 4C hair and this has been by far one of the best hair straighteners I have ever used. It had honestly given me better results than this I get in the salon. I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because this hair straightener hears up really quickly and you have to be careful not to burn yourself on it. Also, do not use it on the highest heat setting as I did get a little heat damage when I first used and thought I needed high heat to straighten my hair properly. I have since used it on the middle setting which works perfectly!

I was skeptical about the authenticity of the product because it was cheaper on Amazon UK than other sites. I can confirm that it is authentic. I especially love the fact that it comes with a UK compatible 3 pin plug. I didn’t want to purchase it from an American site and have to get a converter/ transformer; then there’s the matter of hidden costs ie duty and ridiculous delivery charges. Delivery was quick. I placed my order on Sunday 12 midday and package arrived on Tuesday morning. Packaging was excellent. Product was sealed - I needed scissors the get it out of the very secure zip ties. It is solid and well made with 5 heat settings: 150°, 170°, 190°, 210° & 230° Celsius. The lights change as the heat increases starting with a light green that gets darker, turns amber, dark orange then deep red at the highest temperature setting. You can lock it for safe storage. It came with a storage pad made from felt, a protective glove and an instruction manual with illustrations. It has a swivel cord so it never tangles. It heats up quickly and yes the exterior (made from metal) does get hot. Bear in mind that it has a dual function and was clearly advertised as a straightener AND CURLER. The exterior has to heat up in order for the curling function to work when you wrap hair around it. I’d rather have this 2-in-1 curler/straightener than have to buy two different appliances. If all you want are straighteners, maybe it’s best to choose a different design. You need to be very alert when using it because if it slips, it will burn you. I suggest wearing a thick long sleeved jumper for protection. Start off with a low setting to figure out how much heat you need to get the results you want. I have never gone above 210°C. All in all a good purchase. You won’t regret it!

am use to hair straightener sinced over 10 years; so I had lot of them, unbranded or branded...Babyliss it is a well know brand for the quality of their products.The PRO PRIMA one is amazing !+ 2 in 1 I use it as a Straightener & Curler : the round edge that are also hot make beautiful curls ! PS : I no longer use separate hair Curler+ TITANIUM PLATES cause i believe it is the best one on the market; respect your hair ! (Still don't straight your hair every single day) I use the hot at the minimum 150c and it is enough hot ! (I have medium/long hair curly)+ cable long enough !!+ design and quality absolutely perfect+ the prices is gorgeous as I had it in offer for 60£- a little bit heavy in my opinionI'm glad I'd did choose the PRIMA one.There is a secure button for keep it close and a pouch, perfect when I bring it with me.

GH who??Honestly.. it puts my GHD platinum and my Steampod TO SHAME.Excellent pair of straightners.. hair is shine and frizz free... HOWEVER... stars were lost to the metal body.. be ready to burn your forehead and ears.. I've been using straighteners for 20 years now, the very first ones on the 90's and i don't know what where they thinking by making the outside of metal. Accidents waiting to happen.. it can burn your scalp as well.. so make sure you can handle a straightener well otherwise stick to GHD's that offer more protection.

I liked everything, very good, just for first time be careful because it’s hot😅 and has strange sound but it’s normal as I understood. One of the best items which one I both these year 👍
