yes I first bought size 11 later had to buy size 10.5 for a smarter look. I guess you need to be very sure of your size b4 purchase.

Is these real leather?

I do believe they are leather. They are stylish, though the pair that I have are tight and maybe I didn't order the right size. Overall if you like this style "pointy" toe then I think its a good buy. The neck is the right height and goes just about to the ankle which I like.
