Please be aware that this product contains Shilajit (as PrimaVie). To be fair, it is on the ingredients list, but not on the front label and not on the upper description on Amazon.I definitely felt a smooth energy boost, but I also felt quite lightheaded to the point of almost being dizzy - which I have never gotten from other CoQ10/PQQ supplements. I took a break for a day and then tried again, once again I got rather lightheaded and just felt.... uncomfortable.I checked the label, seen the PrimaVie and did some research. Shilajit is known to cause dizziness so I assume this is the culprit and thus I've kinda wasted my money, but I should have checked the ingredients more closely than only the front label.So be aware, if you are like me, you may react negatively to the Shilajit.

I am just finishing my first month and have noticed a big improvement in my energy in the last few days. I read that a shift from ordinary ppq to bio ppq would show a big difference. I was already taking coq10 ubiquinol so no difference there but I do like having both together in 1 capsule instead of 2.

I bought the product for a number of reasons, the most important of which was clearing the arteries. I can't comment on how effective it is because my focus is the adverse effect I experienced: extreme and immovable constipation which was unresponsive to figs and prescriptive laxatives. (The feedback setup insists I must give a star rating which would normally have been 0 as I never found out whether it worked). Constipation started on the first day of use when I experienced some initial difficulty and built up over four days of increasing difficulty to total, immovable constipation. I have never been constipated at any time in my life. I tried laxatives over the next day or two but they didn't work. It occurred to me that the build-up to full constipation only started on the day I took the first tablet. I stopped taking the tablets, to test whether they could in any way be the cause of constipation and found that I obtained full relief within a few hours during which I had continued taking laxatives. After another day or so, I discontinued taking the laxatives and everything is back to the healthy state it was in before I started taking the tablets. I checked for adverse effects on the internet. Constipation isn't mentioned although diarrhea and other intestinal issues are mentioned as affecting a small number of people.David

My order arrived promptly and I have confidence in the product itself as Life Sciences are a good brand.I didn’t notice straight away but it appears there is Pig / pork in the product , as a Vegan this causes me a problem when reordering.For non Vegans it’s very good however.

These work for me and pretty quickly as well. Much more energy. I’m impressed

this is my first purchase as I have only recently found out about PQQ.I have had some amazing high smooth and sustained energy levels andI will be buying again.

Excellent product. I have found it to be of help, in that I have more energy and over all I feel a whole lot better within myself.

I love this brand. Extremely high quality supps. Even the fillers are nice (Beeswax). I especially like that this has fulvic acid (shilijat) as one of the cofactors.
