Worked Great - But!
Ir worked great, but I had to install it upside down because I FAILED to get a model with a longer power supply cord. My fault, not theirs. I still made it work, and it works well.Be sure to get the proper length supply cable prior to ordering. (Same motor ID, just a different version)

These should be made out of steel no aluminum. The small end snaps off easily.

Good product, horrible delivery and service
Bought motor for my lift chair. I’m disabled and needed the motor quickly. Was delayed twice, and paid for fast delivery. Don’t have Prime so I had to paid extra for faster delivery but didn’t happen. Tried customer service but to no success
