HPH-MT120BL High Fidelity Studio Monitor Headphones

I love these headphones but I had to replace the first pair after the left hand speaker kept going in and out, it is a problem with the wire near the plug in thing. I called Yamaha and they actually sent me a new pair without having to return the old pair, so in theory I could find a small electronic repair place and get the first pair fixed. :)My problem being, I now get complaints I never had before, my voice is coming in like its under water or not at all, looks like the second pair they sent me also has some issues. Im torn, they really did take care of me, but Im a little upset that the second pair isn't working up to par.I don't want to call again because I worry it will just seem like I am trying to get free headphones out of the company. I really just one one working pair.

The sound is hollow, being a Music producer, I was looking forward to the sound for my post production work but i was so disappointed with the sound quality The HPH MT 8/7 is much more betterI lost money buy This HPH MT 12.. Not a good quality.
