how long do you have to take them before they work?

It varies from person to person however we always recommend taking this product for two weeks. If symptoms worsen or you don’t see any improvement after two weeks then we recommend seeking further advice from your doctor.

Are they better than the usual ones? There is no Valerian in them which calms anxiety so do they do anything?
